Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-05Who we are
sleepCodes (Skjøstad IT, Norway) makes Road Crossing Challenge. We are the data controller. Send questions to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The game has no account. The game saves your coins, score, settings and cosmetics on your device only.
- Analytics. GameAnalytics receives your device model, your OS version, your country, the length of each session, game events and an install identifier. We use this data to improve the game. We do this because we need to know if the game works. The law calls this a legitimate interest. You can object at any time.
- Rewarded video ads. Unity LevelPlay and its ad networks receive device information, an approximate location from your IP address, and your interaction with the ad. The ads pay for the game. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the ads are not personalised. In other regions the ads can be personalised, if your device settings permit this. The game does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not use the iOS advertising identifier. We show ads because they pay for the game. The law calls this a legitimate interest. Where the law asks for your consent first, we ask.
- Purchases. The App Store or Google Play processes each purchase. We receive only a confirmation. This is part of your purchase contract with the store.
How long the data is kept
Each processor keeps the data under its own policy: GameAnalytics, Unity, Google, Apple. Send us an email to delete the data about you.
Children
The game is rated 13+. The game is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If a child under 13 gave us data, send us an email and we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we have about you. You can ask us to correct it or to delete it. You can object to the processing. You can complain to your data protection authority. In Norway this is Datatilsynet. You can turn off personalised ads in the privacy settings of your iPhone or your Android device. If you live in the US, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data by email. A toggle for this is coming to the game.
